Yes. Sign up → pay Solo $49/month or Crew $99/month at Checkout → name the shop on /onboarding → the bay opens. Job pay is a separate invoice charge.
No. You compose the invoice from the quote and send it. Job pay is a separate invoice charge to the shop.
Anytime from Settings (Stripe billing portal). Access stays until the end of the paid period. Payments are not refunded. Solo and Crew are two SKUs. No per-job fees.
