Last updated 1 September 2026. We collect only what the shop desk needs. Clerk holds account identity for sign-in. Convex holds shop, job, quote, invoice, photo, and receipt records the shop enters. Stripe holds payment records.

We use these records to run the shop desk: keep the shop signed in, show the job bay, and process pay the shop starts.

Job pay is a Stripe Connect destination charge to the shop. Platform SaaS Checkout stays fail-closed without keys.

Clerk authenticates accounts. Convex stores shop records. Stripe processes payments, including Connect destination charges for job invoices. They process data only to run RivetMind.

We do not sell shop or customer data. We do not sync social posts. We do not share records with advertisers.

Clerk sets session cookies so you stay signed in. The theme toggle stores a preference in the browser. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

The shop controls the jobs it enters. To ask that an account be closed or records deleted, use rivetmind.app.

RivetMind is for users 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
