Terms of Service

These Terms are effective 1 September 2026. RivetMind is a job bay for trade shops on rivetmind.app. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

A Clerk organization is the shop. The first creator is the owner. Crew seats are invited. Customers are not organization members, and they never join the shop roster.

The bay is the shop workspace. Every live job sits on it at once. Each job has a Crew window and a Client window. The Crew window is shop group text. The Client window is the household thread plus the quote, the photos, the invoice, and pay.

The customer portal is /p/{org}/{job} for that job only. It does not open the rest of the shop.

You compose and Deliver invoices from the shop desk. Nothing reaches a customer until you send. Job pay is a Stripe Connect destination charge to the shop.

RivetMind is software delivered in the browser. Creating an account does not open the bay. After a successful Solo or Crew subscription payment you name the shop on /onboarding, then the bay opens. Access after payment and setup is delivery of the product.

Job pay is a Stripe Connect destination charge to the shop. Platform SaaS Checkout stays fail-closed without keys and prices.

Subscriptions bill on a recurring basis (monthly, or yearly if offered) as selected at Checkout. By subscribing, you authorize charges to your payment method at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time from Settings (Stripe billing portal). Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle. You keep access until the end of the current paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time or lack of use.

All payments are non-refundable. No exceptions for unused accounts, forgotten cancellations, or inactivity.

Contact us on rivetmind.app before filing a chargeback. A chargeback without that step is a violation of these Terms. We may close the shop and pursue collection for fraudulent disputes.

We may update these Terms. The current version lives on this page. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
