Delivery
Access is the product. It starts after a successful payment. No physical goods. No refunds.
What you receive
RivetMind is software. You receive the shop desk in your browser. There is no physical shipment.
How delivery works
Immediately after a successful Solo or Crew payment, you name the shop on /onboarding; then the bay opens at /app and we send a confirmation when mail is configured. A Clerk organization is the shop. The bay holds every live job. Each job keeps Crew | Client. Access to the desk is delivery of the product.
When access starts
Access starts after a successful subscription payment. Creating an account alone does not open the bay. Job pay is a Stripe Connect destination charge to the shop when the shop turns that on.
Subscription billing
Solo is 49 US dollars per month. Crew is 99 US dollars per month. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancel from Settings. Access remains until the end of the current paid period. No further payments are taken after a completed cancel.
Refunds
We offer no refunds. Issues belong on rivetmind.app.
